if you don't need age relaxation, why are you wasting your and others time making useless suggestions
if you know anything about law, you must know that a Plaintiff can file a case where ever he/she resides. its not about to run to the city of the second party
if you can't contribute anything , why are you suggesting low profile/ high profile lawyers, you should better avail your three chances.
the people who don't need age relaxation are here only to distract
good luck for your three chances bye

Thats none of your business. The forum rules do not say that I cannot post in this forum so I am sure you dont need to worry.

As if your so useful suggestions of hiring Naeem Bukhari have entailed any results!

Without referring to your erroneous rule of thumb, let me say that the provisions of CPC you have mentioned do not apply in case of HC when it comes to original jurisdiction of the HC. However, in such cases the defendant must reside in province in which HC has territorial jurisdiction. While the petition can be filed in LHC, SHC etc because FPSC carries its business in all the provinces, the petition should have been originally filed in IHC (for reasons already mentioned).

Again, what pecuniary contributions have you made?

You have any problem with my suggestions, overlook them. Its that simple. I wonder if I should give two hoots to your judgment. Like I mentioned before, I was actually approached by one of the members who believed in your Naeem Bukhari's ridiculous assumptions that the suit would be decided before April 2014. I believe its my right to speak when I see people misguiding others. You seriously don't need to worry about my chances. Thanks for your best wishes though.

My suggestion to members is still the same "A hungry man cannot insist that he'll only eat in Serena".

@all

Stop getting personal and fighting like cats. Post only relevant and useful things. You people are taking this thread for granted. If again we see some crap posted in this thread, consider it closed then. Take it as the final warning.

@ BoyCharlie: See the 1st post of this thread that when this started. Its been 4 years now. No one comes forward for real practical steps. Only 'intelectual' suggestions and advisory roles. We as a nation have developed this skill over the last few years.

No offence.

@Omer

I second your opinion that nothing has been achieved so far; notwithstanding, many voices are in the air to follow the same path and again waste another precious year. I respect their comments and demands equal treatment. In my last posts, I tried to evaluate the reasons of this inaction and failure. I tried to express myself between the lines, employing euphemism; so that my message could be delivered without hurting anyone’s feelings.

Unfortunately, we get motivated through emotionalism, not rationalism and arguments. Alas! We are an emotional people. Our emotions run high even when our pulse rate is average and our heartbeat is normal. Undeniably, frenzy is our middle name. We act, march and halt on the call of emotions. Our sentiments are strong; our control over them is tenuous. Instead of respecting each others’ opinions, evaluating, judging and tolerating them in the light of ground realities, we consider it a personal attack.

Agreement with one’s own declaration and opinion is assumed as if it were a law of nature; dissent is condemned as if it were an unbearable vice. We are overwhelmed by duplicity: we evaluate a man not by the soundness and quality of his thinking, but by the alacrity with which he or she conforms to our outlook.

Our temper has a low boiling point; it arises always at wrong occasion. Our nerves are taut. Our anger is always on call. Our reserves of wrath are easy to summon up. The result is a mind without poise. It seems that we have lost the ability to weigh people, events and opinions. Apparently, we evaluate things, circumstances and persons by their crust, not by their core.

Anyhow, lets break the sequence of this inaction; revitalize energies and once again advance for resolving the issue. However, the plan of action must be realistic and achievable.

I invite everyone for group discussion at skype.

I think it is useless even to think about age relaxation.
