Next hearing in LHC is June 26, 2013. This is the high time to raise this issue in media as the FPSC is already in news due to minimum age issue. 2nd most important thing is the pray to Almighty AllAH for the success of this case.

I think it is a great opportunity as if IHC decides in the favor of the plentif, it will be a good precedent for our case. Plz monitor this case.

i have been following this thread from quite a long time but joined it a week ago. for my convenience, i took print out of every post from page 1 to page 61 (at that time there were 61 pages). why are you deleting posts? i hve checked they didn't violate any of the rules of this forum. i have complete record in hard copy with links and print time.

I am afraid it would not set a precedent for your case. FPSC chairman has been summoned owing to contempt of court because FPSC has overlooked three directives of IHC in which it was directed to conduct interview of the plaintiff. While FPSC had allowed the candidate to sit in exams, the candidate had no option but to move the court so that it could direct FPSC to conduct his interview. The court has to confine itself to the issues framed and cannot go beyond the scope (for that will nullify jurisdictionnof the court). Nevertheless, those who were provisionally allowed to take the exam should perhaps keep an eye on the proceedings.

Dear Fellows AOA,Yesterday I have made a call to respected MNA Mr.Javaid Hashmi (0512613574) of PTI on this issue.He told me that it is the legislative matter and the ruling paty has the authrity to do it however if the issue comes under discussion I ensure you that PTI will suuport in favor.Therfore it is now requested to all the interested fellows that an effort be made to contact the MNA'S of PML(N) so that the issue comes under light and for this purpose all of you can get contact numbers of MNA'S from Ntional Assembly website.The female members are requested to have discussion on the issue withe female representatives on reserved seats or directly elected seats.I hope all of you will do it with out any waste of time.

With due reverence, following suggestions are given for your kind consideration;

1- Upper Age Limit should be set according to the Qualification achieved by the candidate. Current qualification requirement is an impediment in the way of higher qualification by the candidate.

2- Examination system should be centralized. It can be done now because current screening test could reduce the number of applicants.

3- Written Marks must not be disclosed to the Interview Panel because it can affect their Judgment.

4- Minimum Education requirement to appear in the most prestigious competitive exam should be enhanced to sixteen years instead of fourteen years.

5- Cumulative score in English papers should be introduced. One should obtain 80 Marks to pass English paper. No matter how many marks he obtains in each paper of English.

6- Professional Degree Holders should be encouraged in their respective fields.

7- There should be Open Merit in the competitive Exam. No Quota system should be allowed for a specific province. Anyone who excels in the competitive exam should be given opportunity to serve irrespective of the fact that where he belongs to.

8-Syllabus requires immediate overhauling. List of Optional subjects should be enhanced. Public Administration should be given room in the Compulsory subjects list. Our National Language Urdu should be made compulsory for every CSS aspirant. Regional languages are a source of prejudice so the same should be eliminated from the optional subjects list.

9- Interpersonal Skills should be given more weight-age. A person can outperform in the written exam without having any interpersonal skills. It is certainly an administrative Job which demands effective communication skills. Cramming should be discouraged through 50 marks MCQS and 50 Marks Theory paper. Furthermore, two papers a day may affect student's creative skills so the same should be avoided.

10- Ideally, there should be no Optional Subjects. All papers should be compulsory. There should be equal & fair Competition for everyone. Same set of papers should be conducted from everyone, so no-one can claim that paper of particular subject was difficult or marking went tough in that paper.

11- If a candidate has passed CSS exam but he/she could not be allocated due to lesser number of seats available that year then qualifier should be given an opportunity to appear in the exam again. And, the same should not affect his minimum number of chances to appear in the CSS exam.

Sorry all of you who are sending suggestions here. I believe they are of no use until you join us for Skype meetings. We dont need your suggestions by rather confusing us. I agree you people might have done more efforts but atleast join us for some action now if you are really interested in getting it done.
