Good luck to you on the case. Is it regarding raising the age limit of the CSS exams? If so, what are the arguments from your side, and how strong is your case?

Wow Chadhar Sb.. You are seriously doing this. I got disappointed from this thread as it seemed that it wasn't going anywhere. Many people tried and got ahead but could not get the age limit increased or just deceived others, some even gave up. But we really appreciate your effort. Please make sure that the honourable court gives an order in such a way that the upper age limit is not reduced in the future and marking is done in a way which is acceptable to everyone as many people are complaining about it. Good Luck and keep us updated here.

I endeavored hard and still struggling my best for the cause of css age relaxation. As you people aware of the process of judiciary in our country. I filed a writ petition about css age relaxation on 10th July,2014 in supreme court Islamabad in the following title;
Constitutional petition 2014
Liaqat Ali and Adnan Khalid
VERSUS
Federation of Pakistan and FPSC
counsel for petitioners Jaffar Raza khan
Advocate On Record (AOR) syed Rifaqat Hussain Shah.
But it was rejected by registrar on 24th July, 2014 with the given objections " that the petitioners may approach the proper forum for redressl of their grievance"
On 30th August 2014, i filed a civil Misalliance Appeal (C.M.Appeal) number 160/ 2014 against the objections of registrar. The above Appeal was heard by Mr Justice Saqib Nisar in his chamber on 20th November 2014 and maintain the objections of registrar and further the respected justice said," we should approach to the proper forum ( high Courts).

For this case, i hired the services of lawyer Jaffar Raza khan from Quetta with the reference of Farrukh Shahzad Malik from Quetta (this forum page.52), the lawyer received Rs. 50,000. on behalf of Farrukh Shahzad Malik. Morover, I paid Rs.5,000. to Ashfaq Ahmed the Personal Assistant of Advocate On Record (AOR) syed Rifaqat Hussain Shah for providing paper books and Rs.3,000. more for the fee of AOR's , which will be appear with us in the chamber of Justice Saqib Nisar on 20th November 2014. Besides these, i paid Rs.2,000. to Advocate Abdur Rehman Mohmand in dubai plaza 6th road Rawalpindi for the coping of two writ petition which was filed in Islamabad High court.

Our writ regarding css age relaxation.. In Person Intra Court Appeal No. 380/2014 Dr. Ammad Ali khan Versus Federation of Pakistan has been allowed and accepted by double bench Lahore High Court Multan Bench, Multan by Mr Justice Ibadur ur Rehman Lodhee and Mr Justice Shawh Khawar and reply has been seeked from Attorney General of Pakistan fortnightly.... so, please join hands with Dr. Ammad Ali khan and contribute whatever you can. The honorable Justice of Supreme Court said that it is not a matter for public importance. To prove that it is a matter for public importance we need at least one hundred people. To show gathering before judges your presence is extremely needed.
