Default from Army to civil services
can someone knows that from which arm (i.e infantry, Artillery, Armour, Air Defence, ASC, Ordnance, Signals, Engineers) of pak army an officer can switch over to civil services i.e 10% reserve quota

Hello dear! Can someone join civil services after join army as a captain (SSC)? If yes, is there any specific service-tenure which must be fulfilled as a captain? Please enlighten me, thank you!

You need to learn facts.
A major cannot influence even an ASP.
Yes they might get their work done on respect basis.
But the actual authority lies to ASP as he's the custodian of the Circle under him for law enforcement and in reality this is not a conflict situation,it's a cooperation between all law enforcement departments for Pakistan.
Don't compare illogically.
Its Never Police vs Army
