no its not the right strategy to wait for a govt job, and then start preparation. start your preparation right now, and sit in the exam once you are fully prepared.

i have done MSc botany and now working as SSE in gvt girls high school in my area.
along with that I m appointed as MASTER TRAINER. so I have to give training to previous primary and elementry teachers, when and where needed.

Teachers job is too easy as compared to engineers as i have to go to fields and work there without thinking about day or night , teacher job is best for css preparation.

no. its your opinion. but if you are a good teacher, your job is not easy. I have to prepare lesson of every class and the activities related to topic, moreover i have to prepare av aids for class.
m not typical govt teacher

in my view every job is tough if you are honestly doing it.
otherwise there are many teachers who come to school for just time passing.

SSE stands for senior subject educator.
to become a MASTER TRAINER (MT), one should have to qualify interview at DSD ; directorate of staff development.
after qualifying that, one have to attend LTs training at DSD lahore.
then you will b a MT.

Please don't mind but i have many friends that are recently recruited as SSE, they often told me that its my mistake that i did engineering because in teaching there is thanddd mahool and a teacher even can start his own business as they have lot of free time but in engineering there is always a tension because u have to works on a rig(oil well) which costs 100 million dollars and a small mistake can ruin your career and company name too.
