Morning Shift (study time 3hours 30 min)
Wakeup 06:00 a.m
Duty starts 08:00 a.m
Duty Ends 04:00 p.m
Rest time 04:00 to 07:00 p.m
Study 07:00 to 08:30 p.m
Dinner 08.30 to 09:00 p.m
Study 09:00 to 11:00 p.m

brother i am also working as an operations engineer in a reputed telecom company. I also work daily for same time duration, but in shifts. The above shared strategy can help you a lot in Css preparation along with job.

My strategy

English Comp & essay
Work for english goes on daily basis, comprising different tasks sometimes practice for expansion of idea and sometimes precis writing.
Practice of essay writing goes on alongwith current affairs because both these subjects are co related in subject matter.
preparation for Current Affairs is carried on with dawn newspaper and current affair digest.
preparation of subjects like Islamiat, EDS and Pak Affairs is already done, now it is updated with discussions and new data.
Optional subjects are revised weekly basis.
