a query to aspirant n qualifiers belonging to medical proferssion

i want to ask from doctors or medical students...the reason that drives them to go for css,,is it lack of interest in medicine,,,,,or their non competency there,,,,or what!!
one more thing that i want to ask from csp,s,,,,,are there chances of enjoying high status in css without corruption of any level???....aren,t you forced at any level of your job to do illegel things...isn,t it so....!!!!!
and the doctors who can earn more than a csp,,,as the salary is not much of a csp...what is the reason then to go for css

What if i say corruption also exist in Medical field too???i don't blame all,But i am sharing my experience,Once i read a very well said Quote written by a Doctor,,

"When i go for to take viva,Approaches and "Separish" cames from students side,,and it is like to give weapon and liscence to a person to kill others,as a patient have very trust on Doctor But unfortunately our system is not that much transparent yet" Please seniors i am not Blaming all,But such circumstances also exist, still i am sorry for saying.
Another thing,,What you people will say if a gold medalist and others apply in Govt Hospital, and the post goes on 25 lakh,What will be your suggestion to that person??
More money is in Private practice But that takes alot time to go to be so popular, and the life of a Doctor is too busy,,i like my Field too much but still i love CSS.
Today world is competitve,it is not just CSS,competition exist in every field,in jobs and in private practices too.

another element of disparity in mind arises wen few religious clerics have gone on to say that fees as high as 1000 per patient which doctors claim as their due is haram in a poverty striken country like pakistan ( line between halal and haram is too narrrow in Islam) , apart from their commissions which they take from various pharmacetical companies... In pakistan, no one can claim to be earning all halal, provided by limited legal earning opportunities in our beloved state, so cannot compare css with medical field. Its done and dusted every where you will find here. as far as abroad is concerned, i think there are much broader and bright chances of legal earning out there..

my point is...it is avoidable in a profession like medicine...but in civil service you are forced to do such things even if you dont want......what do you say now,,,,and 1000 per patient doen,t mean haram!!!!!!

Well in my opinion the thing that matters is the level of satisfaction.doctors are those people who pass through all initial sieves like fsc and entry test and after 6 years of continuous hardships have to report / answerable to those people like Secretary and Dco who could not make through the initial exams, this sense of deprivation is I think a main factor that persuades doctors to go for CSS .furthermore some people want authority, repute and nuisance which is obviously more in civil service as compared to medical profession.

sultan ahmed........yes you are right in a way....means ajkal young doctors jo kch kr rahe hn it is justifiable then....

sultan ahmad Monday, January 07, 2013 05:17 PM

No that's a different thing, you asked why doctors go for CSS .?what young doctors are doing has many issues behind.

Come on guys. I think its a personal choice. If a lawyer can go for css, an engineer can go for css, then why not a doctor??
Nothing to argue, Its about personal satisfaction.

....and we are talking about the reasons behind personal choice
