Minimum age for CSS appearance is 21 years

but if a person is less than 21,then is there any way to appear in exams?
becouse one of my classmate,who is 19,but she is going to appear in 2014.and she said that she has passed some panalties etc.i could'nt get her point.

Yes one can appear in exams but on provisionally basis i.e FPSC issue roll no slips to all the candidates who have applied but after scrutiny the candidature will be rejected

It is clearly mentioned in rules that [B]A candidate for admission to the examination must have attained the age of 21 and must not have attained the age of 28.[/B]

Though one can appear in exam on provisional basis but there is no use of appearing when you are underage or overage because your candidature will be rejected surly even if you pass the exam. It will be a futile endeavour on part of your friend to appear in 2014 without fulfilling the basic criteria.

and adding to this, she will also lose a chance due to this blunder. even if she secures the top marks she will still be disqualified. so why bother?
