Post Help regarding NOC for Autonomous Organization

Aoa,

I need help regarding the NOC for Government Employees. I am currently in SPS-8 equivalent to BPS-17. PAEC is autonomous organization and my age is within limits for CSS exams. Do i need NOC for this as i was going through application form in which (Annex-E) it is mentioned that the current post i am holding is not of Autonomous or Semi-Autonomous.

If any particular NOC is required from Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organizations. Or should i go for written exam and if i pass that exam should submit the NOC. AS to my best knowledge, my current serving will not be counted in the FPSC as i am PAEC employe which is Semi-Autonomous.

Also if i go for NOC, it will be a problem to get it as date opens for Applications are early December while the closing date for submission is 31st December. It takes a lot of time in government organization to move file from one division to another and then back to FPSC Office.

Really need your help regarding this. Thanks in advance.

according to my info PAEC does not offer any NOC to its employees...so it would be better if u dont mention ur job and rather appear directly for the test... in case u qualify it, resign from PAEC after fulfilling required formalities such as payment of money as per bond u signed with them. then there will be no problem i guess...

Avoid regular use of "Netspeak" or other
"cute" grammar or spelling (For example:
writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are
You a woman?").

Dear Brother,
Every autonomous organization has its own rules and policies. You can get NOC from your Organization on its own format. I am also working in Autonomous organization (SBP). I got NOC from SBP on its own template/format. Although, I didn't attach it with FPSC form but I would send the NOC to FPSC if demanded. You don't need to be worry about the closing date as you may send Advance Copy to FPSC to meet the timeline. While the NOC may be sent later.

Regards,

Thanks Muzammil... if i am not mistaken; so you did wrote on the form that you are Government Officer but did not attach the NOC... So if you clear the written part then will provide NOC before interview.. is that ok??

I think I should mention the Government services but do not submit the NOC before interview.

Post NOC from autonomous organization

Yes. I mentioned about my job on the form. I think the NOC of autonomous organization is not required by FPSC. But remaining on safe side, I got NOC from my organization. My Ex-Colleagues who cleared CSS examination mentioned about their jobs on the form, but they didn't get NOC as it was not demanded by FPSC.

Thanks Muzammil
But they might reject my application as the annex-E will be empty... NOC had different format before 2011 CE examination. Now annex-E says that

"Forwarded: Mr./Miss/Mrs_____________is employed in this
department since _________________he/she/holds a temporary/permanent/adhoc/contract/daily wages post under the
Federal/Provincial/Semi-Government/Government/Autonomous/Corporation(Strike out not applicable). His/her total continuous
government service Federal/Provincial______years_____months_____ days."

Now this is the new form for DPC as opposed to previous in which we had to say that candidate is not under Autonomous or Semi-Autonomous organization.

This change of new form is confusing me.

When did you give CSS examination?? Because of age limitation i am very conscious as this will be second last chance. Due to incomplete form they might reject the application and ruining my chance.

This is the new form of DPC clearly mentioning Autonomous organization and has to be forwarded by them to FPSC.

This is CSS 2011 form which i am mentioning

Dear Brother,

You seem to be much worried about NOC. The FPSC is very mcuh cooperative and it facilitates you (wherever possible). If your form is incomplete or someting missing in your form, FPSC will contact you to demand missing documents/papers/annexures etc. Don't worry and go ahead to do CSS.

ok let me help you. i am in armed forces of pakistan. i have appeared in ce-2013. by any mean i am required to present noc to fpsc otherwise my cadidature will be cancelled. i have claimed age relaxation as well, on the basis of being armed forces person as my age has already crossed 28. My application form was complete in all respect except NOC. i wrote this line in application form "NOC applied with AHQ will be furnished as and when received. i have been allowed to appear in exam and now waiting for result, but one thing is for sure i will have to produce NOC finally otherwise my candidature will stood cancelled even if i go till group allocation stage.
in your case i will suggest you to apply for NOC now. it is ample time till december, if you get that in time, well and good, if not still i am quite hopefull you will not be stopped to sit in exam , you can submit that later without waiting for result...

Best of Luck and pray for all ce-2013 participants( i write this word because it is a competition in which all candidates are participants)
