what is the date of submission of forms for css 2014 ??

FSPC will ask for it .. maybe in September, October or november

Its announced in the first week of december or last week of november and you will have to submit the forms within a month. Mostly the last date is 31st Dec or 1st of January.

it is in last week of September to start of october 2013, give one month for submission...

can anyone please tell me how and when can I apply for CSS 2014? and is appearing in the screening test pre-registration mandatory? What if a candiate has not appeared in the screening test? will he/she still be eligible for registration? please help!

[B]screening test is dead letter . it is not mandatory now for css. and b/w 1 and 31 December you can apply for ce2014

Sadqay jaun, apka general knowledge weak hai.You would have to apply in October.

As per public notice / notification of FPSC, applications for CSS 2014 would be invited from the last week of September 2013 till 31st October 2013. And this time the candidates' eligibility would be checked before the commencement of CSS Exam, whereas the previous practice was that eligibility of candidates to appear in the exam (for example fulfillment of age and academic qualification conditions etc.) were not checked before the conduct of exam.

how much time it will take for next applicants mean after 2014 the next applications will be available on which date?
