Default What can CSS2014 aspirants do to ensure transparency?

What happened in CSS 2013 is a shameful testament to what passes for efficiency and respect for meritocracy. But before we go on to take CSS 2014, can we do something to ensure that FPSC doesn't play havoc the way it did this year?

Dear Friend! Please don't mind what I'm going to say but, unfortunately, this is a fact which can't be altered. Everyone must think, before putting a finger at FPSC's credibility, that whose fault was that, the FPSC or the candidates. If most of the candidates couldn't qualify the exam because of their own faults then there's no wrong with the FPSC and the candidates sins must not be visited upon an institution like FPSC which has been maintaining its high standards and credibility since its inception. Who're responsible for the papers' scandal? Though I admit that there were loopholes and the candidates tried to exploit those but they're caught and penalised. I'll advise you to not indulge yourself in these useless discussion just go after the exam with a positive approach and try your level best as no bad thing can happen to a good person. May you succeed, Good luck!

I may sound rude but if you dont trust fpsc then dont do css. Go for something else in your career.

Fpsc didnt had personal relationship with those 238 candidates who passed. If you had passed you woudnt have posted this.

If you pass then fpsc zindabad if you fail then creditability of fpsc is questioned.

Default My assumption

There has been a lot of talk around about FPSC acting a bit too cleverly for some certain reasons.
One of the changes made by the FPSC has been announcement of the result after the closing date of form-submission.
Well, I restate my assumption that it must have given a huge profit to the FPSC since almost 20,000 aspirants must have submitted the forms with the total fee amounting over 4 crore rupees.
After the shocking result of CE-2013, I am sure that almost 10,000 will withdraw themselves from taking the CE-2014. Had the form submission date remained the same, it would have cost FPSC some 2 crore rupees.
So, well-done FPSC. You have done yourself a world of good.
On the other hand, it has a positive touch to it too since the aspirants won't have the choice of changing their optionals after certain subjects being hit very badly.
these are merely my assumptions, and nothing else.

Brother first of all if FPSC had been involved in any malpractices then they would not have announced in Public that some papers were forged. Was FPSC not aware that by making that fact public they will give people a chance to point finger on its transparency? of course they were aware of it but they did make that fact public to ENSURE MERIT.

You tell me one thing, had they not told you people what happened in Faisalabad, would you have known about it? No, they are upright that's why they told you the truth and re-conducted the exam, just to ENSURE MERIT.

If still you have any skepticism about the credibility of FPSC, then I urge you not to take the exam and save your time and effort. It is better to do something else then wasting your energy in an exam that is not transparent.
