How can FPSC justify such an inconsistency in the passing ratios? Did students get a lot smarter in 2008-09 and were the candidates in 2013 the worst of this decade ?

OMG..it seems like ppl have quit hard working...ya phr seats kum par gae hain?fpsc wlo k pas

and abtu ye lgta hy k 2014 mn passing ratio 1% hoga..q k already more than 25000 ppl have applied..ufhhhhhh

bt i think appearing ratio in written will be decreased in 2014 just cause of this shocking result:/

You must appear for CE-14 exam however,keep the plan B in your mind.Everyone is facing the same confusing situation
