History subjects are usually known to be average scoring . If you see past trends ,then, no doubt , British History gives more scores as compared to Islamic History and Culture .

But , no one can predict the scoring trends after last two years , so , it is upto you to decide on the basis of your aptitude and interest .

suggest subject (200) in which one can get more than 140 ..
will consider your reply acc. to my interest.
P.S. I am opting for geography , did bachelors in it.
