Is bachelor degree is must to attach with online form???
 

Is bachelor degree is must to attach with online form or we can attach the result card of bachelor degree with the online printed form of css????

If you have the Degree, attach it. If not, just despatch your Result Card/Transcript. For God's sake, if it is an objection, FPSC will inform you about in due course. So, it is better to apply for Degree Issuance in the university and surely you will get that within 2 months from the varsity.

those candidates who are rejected by commission are entertained by comission in due or at once they rejected there is no facility for them for justification???

Yes, FPSC gives time to present required documents or the explanation by the candidate. So, be relaxed, but apply for the degree issuance in the varsity.
