Sister who said that AP is of hundred marks and that you have to select only one subject? If AP is of 100 marks then one can go with both Physics and AP. Given that there are 200 marks subject from Group I the, one cannot rule out the possibility of AP being 200 marks.

It is probably a reproduction of the Pakistan Today unconfirmed story.

Anyway, here's some news. Though I cannot confirm, but I would be preparing according to the long-standing syllabus in view of news the I got from Establishment Division that the pages we are seeing with regrouping are merely Recommendations which are unlikely to be implemented any time soon.

So don't just waste your time here and there. Buckle up for 2016 insha Allaah.

This much is confirm:

The paper we are seeing with the 'new grouping' of subjects has not passed the scrutiny of Establishment division, and may only be one of the many considerations for changes in CSS exam. Moreover, an official at FPSC Lahore has also denied the knowledge of any such document.

However, even if it is accepted that the paper has some kind of authenticity, we may not see any changes in Syllabus or Subject groups for 2016 exam, as it would rather be too short a duration for FPSC, Establishment division etc. to reach an actionable decision. In view of this it is advisable gear up for 2016 with the conventional subject groups in mind.

Default Chances of rejection?
There is written on the Admission certificate that the documents are not scrutinized so far. Now the problem is that I have sent only the unofficial transcript and not the degree/provisional certificate along with the online application form. Are there any chances of my rejection?

Still no any official announcement, I think there won't be any changing in optional subjects in 2016. Rest, ultimate authentic source is FPSC, hence, we have to wait for couple of months. Hopefully, they will soon announce if any thing is going to be commenced new. I think they are just reviewing the polices. But, such dubious changing in subjects does not make any sense!
