Default Over-age by JUST 13 days!Any way out?
Respected all,

I have planned to appear for CSS examinations in the year 2021(excuse me for thinking ahead) but according to my Date of Birth, on 31st December 2020 I would be 28 years and 13 days !!

Is there a way I can get an age-relaxation of two weeks and appear for CSS-2021?

P.S: I am from Sindh(urban) so no help from this domicile status.

over age is over age, even if it is by a single day. unless you can claim age relaxation where you can appear for upto 30 years, but there are some rules as to when you can claim age relaxation. you will find that information on fpsc website. besides you are thinking way ahead. may there will be many reforms till 2021.

Get a Govt. job and serve for 2 years, before 31st Dec 2020, you can claim age relaxation then for CE-21....

dear u don't need to go for 3rd attempt try your best to make it in first,
any misfortune try another one. that's it

Well there are certain issues due to which I would be able to appear and this is why I posted to know if there will be any way out to avail a chance to appear in the CSS Exam being 13 days older.

Anyways, thank you all for your kind replies and as pointed out by a member in the posts, I hope the rules change for the better

Our current Government will end in 2018.Man you are talking about 2021 which is very far far away,no body knows what changes will come during periods of life span of yours
If you insist to appear in 2021 than you should be government servant at any grade either director or peon with two year service in any government department you will get age relaxation of two years by FPSC.You will be elligible till 2023

ek din bhi opar ho jay tw relaxation nahi milti ...
so their is a option of "Government job" due to this option you can enjoyed 2 years upper-age relaxations

I agree that there is not age relaxation of a single day after 28 except government servant and i think most probably this rule is not going to change.There is always age limit when ever you are applying for commissioned officer post either its civil service or military service.
