Matriculation Certificate is the most important document in the line of degrees and certificates. It shows one's date of birth and consists of the other necessary particulars. So, this must be presented or submitted. One must submit application in BISE and get the duplicate one as soon as possible.
But, would you specify here for what purpose you want to submit it and where. May be, any suggestion can be given in that particular case.

You need to take your original O and A Level Certificates to any local Intermediate Board and request an equivalence for them. IBCC is the issuing authority and will issue SSC certificate of equivalence against your O levels and HSSC against your A levels. You will further need these to obtain an equivalence for your bachelors degree (if foreign issued) from HEC. They are compulsory.
