its totally a ridiculous decision made by fpsc |
does it mean that on one can attempt Islamiyat in urdu? I don't think so.

What is the problem with Islamiat in English? I think it is fine as all your other subjects are in English so why not Islamiat?
|
If 11 subjects comprising 1100 marks out of 12 subjects - technical and non-technical - can easily or willingly opted in English and no protest is even thought to be made, I reckon, there should not be problem at all in opting Islamic Studies paper in English then.

Agreed. If someone does not like attempting Islamiat in English then the second option for them should be Arabic which is the original language of Islam. |

Well the puerility of the commission can seen through this act that they have made inclusion of urdu to english translation mandotary (of 10 marks) while they haven't gave any hints regarding Islamiyat (whether to attempt in english or urdu).
