I am holding bachelors degree with CGPA 2.43 out of 4. m I eligible to appear in Ce 2016 exams?

PPSC may not mention CGPA in the qualification section but they do mention the minimum division required for some particular post. It may vary from post to post. But they require at least 2nd division in graduation which lies between 45-59.99 percent.

As I am new member and I am getting used to this website so may be there is some other thread pertaining to PPSC where you can get more information but I don't know about it :( . But I know at least these threads are specifically meant for CSS.
