Exclamation CSS through ISSB.(Inter Services).

There is a friend of mine who told me about ISSB armed forces selection.I also told him that my main aimbition was to apply for CSS and ultimate leaded to pass it with high merit.Yet he said that i can still apply for CSS through ISSB once i go into any armed force after serving 3/4 years i can apply for CSS eventually,i agreed with him that i would make a try for it.So i was just asking if this CSS through ISSB thing was possible then Senior plzzz tell me about it.

Yes, and there is also quota of Armed forced in Civil Services in which you will not be required to pass CSS. You will be allocated in Police group or Foreign Services group without appearing in CSS. One of my cousins had got this opportunity. He was leuitunent in Pakistan Navy and he was allocated in Foreign Services. There are many other Captains which are working now in Police Group. Read Following article for detail. But let me clear you that ISSB is also not a piece of cake:

Forces are notorious for not sparing persons for any of these things. If your aim.is css dnt take this route. Other than that forces are itself not less than css. I assure you once you will be through commissioning process you will not opt css.

Only those amongst forces are spared for css etc whose career progression is otherwise limited due some inservice disability or issues hampering his service in forcess. Not everyone is allowed to appear in interview at the same time not everybody prefer to go for css after rigorious training and going through military lifr. Further to be recommended for interview you need pawa as well.
