Grading of government servents
 

Dear Friends, currently I am selected for a job and actually I am asked to attest a duly executed stamp paper by first class magistrate. Is the person issuing the stamp papers in ketchahry is first class magistrate? Also I am asked to attest the character certificate from a first class government officer. Is a person with grade 17 is first class government officer? Please guide me with respect to these questions. Thank You

You may have stamp paper from kacheri and probably and normally oath commissioner can attest stamp papers of any kind. Secondly, yes grade 17 officer can issue character certificate in which he would mention that he knows you for the last two or three years, and you bear good moral character ..... ;)
