salam! please tell me that can one give css exam if he had got a D grade in one of the subject during electrical engineering undergraduate course?

well you have not got my point.i read the rule but the thing which i didn't understand is that how a 2nd division holder is allowed to take a css exam,but a 3.5 cgpa out of 4 (approximately 90percent )engineer can't take a css exam bcoz he got one D in any one subject during undergrad course!!!!!

Atiqe,
Single subject is not considered separately. The condition applies to your overall cgpa of BE Electrical Engineering. If you have got D grade in 10 subjects of BE but your overall percentage in your transcript is 60+ then you are eligible.
