css mn required qualification 16 years hona zruri ha kia ?
i've passed b.a pass from affliated college which was b.a pass means 2 years duration ... so am i eligible ?

Yes you are eligible .
A candidate must hold at least a Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelor degree in any faculty of one of the Pakistani Universities or an equivalent degree or comparable educational qualifications of a foreign University.
