Default Css 2016 queries !!

ASLAMO ALAIKUM !!

Dear Seniors; kindly update me about new policies of fpsc after the announcement of new subject selection schedule, if there any.
Secondly; when fpsc is going to submi applications for CSS 2016 written?
Thirdly; is there any reality in screening test for CSS 2016 or it is still nothing more than more than a rumor ?
Lastly ; my selected subjects are political science, gender studies, constitutional law, sociology, and public administration, but now i want to replace gender studies with Indo pak history since gender studies is demanding a lot of attention and self made notes as there only few related material is available in market in the form of books. Though libraries are full of books related to the subject gender studies but still we need to pick out the required material and to arrange it according to the syllabus prescribed. I don't want to take risk. I have plan to replace it with indo pak history and am feeling comfortable with history. what you suggest me now ? Poltical science, indo pak history, public administration, sociology and constitutional law combination is ok or not? What you would like to suggest me to over come the low scoring trend in history?
