Can we apply for CSS on base of transcript.

Asalam wa laikum, all wanted to ask that can i apply on the base of my transcript as i am in my final year in 8th semester and will graduate INSHALLAH in January, but the exam will be on 2nd Feb 2016, I will try to get my transcript before than that, So my question that can one apply on the base of transcript. my degree is B.S Electronic Engineering.

If you receive your final transcript before the application closing date then you may apply otherwise not.
