Default can people with dual nationality appear in the exam?
my question is , if someone has dual nationality (in pakistan and in USA), would he be able to appear in the exam and if he/she clear the exam would he/she be able to serve as CSP???

please guide!

what about his/her spouse. the spouse can keep foreign nationality right?

yes, there is no restriction on spouse's nationality.
