Default Can I reapear in 2016?
Can somebody tell me about to procedure to reappear in CE 2016?
Suppose you pass the written of CE 2015. Can you still appear in the written exam of CE 2016? Won't the interview and CE 2016 written overlap?

Yes you can appear in CE-16. Most probably interview schedules will not overlap, even if they do, you can get it delayed with genuine reasons that also include CE-16 written exam's overlapping CE-15's interview.
