Default Shall my chance be availed or not?
Salam all respected members!!!!!
I want to know that if i apply for css 2016 and do not appear in any of the paper (due to emergency,etc) . Shall my chance be availed or not? I have studied in the rules of css, but i am still not clear about it. my query is that if i even does not appear in any of the paper shall my chance be availed?

All members (Senior, Junior, moderators, everybody) please help me. I don't want to take risk. Kindly help me.... REGARDS BILAL.

Your chance will not be counted unless you mark your attendance in examination hall
