Can one be successful with 3 months preparation?

I am applying for CE-16, I have chosen my subjects (IR, Town planning & Urban Management, Urdu Literature, Criminology, Islamic History & Culture)

I have not started preparation yet. Now I know I can wait for 2017 test but due to some personal reasons I would not like to wait for that long.

Now, all I want to know from seniors, CSP's, and everyone else, do you guys think it is practically possible to make it to top 250 with 3 months' preparation?

Some points to consider:

>I can devote 10 hours to preparation daily.
>I have good grasp over English, though not of CSS standard, YET.
>I can gather motivation, confidence, in short the mental state and stamina required, I can achieve that on daily basis. But since I have not actually started preparing yet, I cannot know if it's practically possible. So what I want is the realistic answer from experienced people who know what comes when one swims deep in the ocean of CSS preparation. :)

Nothing is impossible. Even if you don't make it in this attempt, you would get benefited by the preparation and may avail next chance.

Your subject combination is very heavy. Try to change your subjects. All the subjects except town planning are very lengthy. It is really hard to prepare in such short span of time.

Which subjects would you suggest?

Everyone is interested in many other subjects from his professional degrees.
I do Master in Pure Mathematics but my interest always history and culture, Urdu literature. I applied with subjects in which I interest.
You should choose with your interest and also keep in mind your previous knowledge and professional degrees.
Best of Luck

Thank you. The subjects I mentioned above, their selection was mostly based on interest factor. Still, I guess I have 3,4 days to change my mind. Let's see. Thanks for advice.
I'd still like to hear more thoughts on my original question by respected seniors here.
