Well, if you are the studious type, I would recommend you to grabbing a book or two on English grammar and on day-to-day conversation. (I don't have much experience in suggesting books) Start doing the exercises in them.

If you are not a book worm, then I would suggest that you watch quality English Movies which have good dialogues. Please, not the star-studded, one-line-humor, action movies rather focus more on movies from the Drama Genre and preferably British Films than American, since they tend to have more 'formal' characters( Kings Speech, Lawrence of Arabia, Last Knights).

Use subtitles in the beginning and try to memorize the dialogues of your favorite characters and after watching a movie enough number of times, turn of the subtitles and speak with the characters as they speak.

Whatever approach you choose from the above two, just remember that conversing is the most important of all. So find a partner or anyone you can think of and start conversing with him/her by applying what you have learned from the above approaches. Also correct yourself during the course of conversation.

well like any other language English also needs practices. find a friend that can dedicate 30 t0 45 mins daily for you and simply talk to him in english. you can use skype whatapp aur simply on a phone call. i have seen people who can write good english but there speaking skills are poor. speaking is learned by three things
1. confidence
2. language
3. knowledge.
if are confident enough in a class to ask question in English, then you will be confident next time answering in English. you can gain confidence by taking in english as much as possible. stand infront of mirror and ask your self questions and answer them yourself, interview yourself in english, No matter what people say about your english, dont listen to them.

Try to grab command on direct indirect, active passive, high frequency word and idioms.
watch BBC world news, they talk and speak in professional language. watch engish movies and dramas like sherlock holmes, game of thrones,
and gain knowledge by reading editorial and cover stories in english news papers. best of luck bro, we are fighting the same war, May Allah help us all.=root

Take a good book for English Tenses, having understood the use, start speaking: first with yourself and then extend this sphere to your friends, family etc.

After a month, you will be speaking fluent english.

If you have basics down and need to improve, read classic novels. I recommend P.G.Woodhouse and Sherlock Holmes. Stick with the interesting ones, no need to read William Faulkner and Jane Austen if you are just beginning. They have really, really and I mean REALLY difficult vocabulary, if you wish to sound like a person from the 18th century or if you wish to appear in a vocabulary based exam feel free to read those too.

If you are just beginning, how would I know? you ask, Can you speak in English without worrying that someone will point out a mistake then you are not a beginner, but if you are, then watch English dramas and movies.
I recommend Big Bang theory, Sherlock and House M.D.
Listen to English Music, I won't recommend any music because music choices are highly personalized and should be discovered on one's own.

I have said this before and I'll say this again.
You'll never learn English from a grammar! repeat after me Never! Never! Never!
It is a language. Did you have to study any grammar for Urdu? Did you need to know "Isam, fail and haraf"
To learn a language you need 4 processes, in this order: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing.
Disturb the process if you want but then you will always be stuck wondering. You need to develop an ear which filters bad sentence structures on its own.

I hope this helps, have a nice day.
