Default Autonomous Bodies-Age Relaxation.?
Dear All,
If some one have employee in autonomous organization like IB, NADRA, NAB, WAPDA (All Disco's and Genco's) etc in non-gazetted post (BPS-15 and below) with more than 2 year continue service. So the said employee is eligible for age relaxation for other posts in different public sector organization.? (Not CSS and PMS). because i hear form some one that employee of autonomous organization is not liable to avail age relaxation facility..
So an expert view is required regarding this matter.

pure govt departments would be consider for age relaxation purpose. but you have mentioned IB, NADRA and NAB they are also Govt department, weather regulatory authorities and autonomous bodies ,corporations like wapda,SNGPL,SSGC PIA etc would not be considered.

Universities and institutes which are offering degree of HEC are autonomous bodies their service is counted in government.
For example if you're working in a university since two years and want to apply in some other government department like education, revenue, agriculture, health etc, you will apply through proper channel and after getting job there you previous service and seniority (that of university) will be counted from the date of joining that university where you were working. Your personal file will transfer from university to that department where you have got job.

In the case of in Service Government Servants, including the Government servants of AJ&K, who possess a minimum of two years continuous Government service as on first January, 2008, the upper age limit is relaxable by two years up to the age of 30 years, subject to submission of Departmental Permission Certificate from the competent authority. Employees of Nationalised Banks, State Bank of Pakistan, WAPDA, Regulatory Authorities, Autonomous bodies and other semi autonomous bodies are not entitled to age relaxation.

Upper is the case given for css and same is the case for other services.

Age relaxation is not given but pay protection is.
