Assalamualikum

I am new user .. i dont have any info about CSS so please tell me

I done my bachelors degree and want to apply for CSS.. so can any body tell me how i register for CSS examination and from where i prepare for this exam also please tell me we apply for CSS in any one subject e.g. (IT, Software Enginnering etc ) or we prepare for whole subjects?
