Talking Tips for Exam day!

Can those who have taken the exam before please share tips for exam day?
Are pencil cases allowed?
what to take with us? Food, etc
Are Cell phones allowed. I mean where will we place them?
When to sleep?
And anything else you think might help?
Looking forward to it.

My main muslas are 2x:

The seats (especially in girls' colleges) are horrible for male candidates who are tall and/or heavy.

Secondly, the toilets in most old buildings are horrendous. Sometimes there is no water...

And also, some buildings are right next to busy roads/schools with ongoing classes etc. which makes it very hard to concentrate.

Why can't they charge candidates a bit more money, as an option, and give them a better place to give papers?

As a matter of fact, I'm gonna give these recommendations to FPSC right now.

Edit: Questions - Can we bring ear plugs to the exam? And can we bring some sort of cushion and backrest for our chairs?

There are people collecting out of every centre for 30 Rs/. Per Cell phone. Better to leave them home.

Take a proper sleep during exam. The most important thing to do in exam. 10 pm to 5 am so that you feel fresh during paper especially in compulsory. Start following this routine now so you get used to.

--Those having a bad posture (whose spines get excessively curved when they sit) should keep in mind that they may get a pain below the ribs and in the lower back, especially during the last hour of the second exam of the day. Seats are usually not very comfortable, and they add to the problem. I used to have a back-support belt for this.

--Excessive fluid intake should be avoided to reduce bathroom visits (as time is of the essence). The condition of toilets in exam centers is usually enough to put normal people off once they have used it

--Use a pen that does not put too much strain on your fingers while writing. Have mercy on your finger pulps.

Good luck.

Thumbs up

Do not study too much during break i.e. duration between two papers. if unavoidable, go through main bullets only rather than paras, because at that time your mind is already stuck in previous paper. So just relax and have faith in your preparation.
Moreover, chocolate and chewing gum does releases stress . (at least it worked for me

In Exams
1.I have noticed that MCQ's are being discussed between Candidates during papers
2. Candidates use to Cheat in exam by going to wash rooms and seeing their Exam hidden stuff
