I think their is a controlled environment. If somebody do that i doesn't lead him/her to success.

Yes outside examination hall they also collect bag and books as well and charge you 30 to 50 rupees depends upon the nature of your belongings.

It happens in every exam. Focus on your paper . Let everybody do his/her business. Only hardwork pays so make the best use of your abilities and be confident. Gossiping and visiting washroom is a just a waste of time. If you are well prepared and confident enough, you don't have enough time other then doing your own paper. Exceptions are everywhere, however.

How one can tackle the blazing cold winter of Feb,its been tough for me to write in an unfavourable atmosphere with a prime focus on writing,writing and writing. Here story is like,take a pen out and phalanges are laden with snow storm;though,it seems exaggerated,but it has made in the case of mine the most.
I've been told that there is no facility of heaters in classrooms?

Heat coming out of paper in enough to keep you warm :-D However that is bearable cold. With every passing day weather will get more moderate. However you can have a cup of coffee or green tea in breakfast or before paper with boiled egg. You can keep Dates with you during paper. Wear gloves till start of paper. Once you start writing you forget everything else. ;-)
