Are we required to present treasury receipt on exam day?

I attached it with the form dispatched to FPSC and have my roll number slip issued. Is it really required?

Yes, if you are asking about advt 02/2016 by FPSC, it is obviously to be required to present on Exam day.

1 Read: "It is reiterated that the candidates must preserve the original T.R and do not send the same to FPSC office in advance, so as to

The rules you mentioned are not for CSS-2016

Secondly, it's nowhere mentioned on its rules or roll number slip which only asks you to carry CNIC along. It was mentioned to attach the original receipt with the form.

What should I do for not having that receipt now?

No. You are not required to bring any Treasury Receipt on CE(CSS) exam day because you have already dispatched it to FPSC while applying for CSS.
