Dear it's to bring to your kind notice that basically it was invented and practiced by Binet and Simon afterwards the American psychologist Lewis Madison Terman who revised this theory . You should know basic difference between the words invention and revision. I hope you have got my point. So the first credits goes to Binet and Simon....

sir binet even didn't know the name of IQ........he separated “weak" children from normal ones,so they could be taught separately.

just focus on question.who invented concept of IQ ......not that who separated mental age from chronological age


if you want to give credit to the pioneer of work in intelligence then pay tribute to sir francis galton.binet took the idea of measuring intelligence from baba galton
