Post Need info about D-grade clause in Educational eligibility criteria?

Good morning to you all. I completed my BS(CS) Degree from FAST in 2014 and I am currently working as a Software Engineer at a firm. Today while reading rules for CSS, I came across this article:

Quote:
No candidate who has obtained a Third Division (or 'D' grade where result is declared under Semester System) in his Bachelor's Degree will be eligible for the Examination
Is it referring to overall grade or one grade in any subject?

My CGPA is 2.85 but I have received D grades in three subjects spanning across the 8 semesters. According to HEC's GPA to percentage conversion, 2.85 means about 68% marks which would make my degree a first division and corresponding grade to be B.

But I am not sure what is the actual rule. Is it the overall grade that's taken into factor or is it that if you receive one D-grade in your degree you are ineligible?

Am I qualified for the exam or not?

Begging pardons, my CGPA is 2.94. I was mistakenly reading an older transcript. Been two years since I graduated, things are growing a bit hazy.

Yes, you are qualified for the exam because FPSC considers overall grade of Bachelor's Degree.
