Default Any bachelors degree that can be pursued within an year ?

Is there any possibility where you can achieve a bachelors degree within an year in order to become eligible for CSS examination?
Nevermind, I heard , you need to complete 14 years of education and 1 year bachelors would make it 13 years.

Question now is;
After being done with BBA or BSC within a span of 2 years , would I be eligible to appear for CSS which completes the 14 years of education requirement

With due respect, bro graduation is usually of 2 or 4 years like B.A, B.Com or B.Sc part 1 and part 2 or a simple 4 yaers Hons programe.
there is no such think like one year graduation.
According to current criteria 2 years gradute or a candidate having 14 years of study is eligible.
I share what I know with my best,any correction will be more than apreciated.

Regards

Thanks for the reply, that's pretty much all I wanted to know.

This would mean 10 years of School education, 2 years of Alevels/Fsc ( High School ) and then 2 years of bachelors would suffice for appearing in CSS examination I believe.

You can give papers at a time.like part 1 part 2 rather than giving papers separately .you can appear in combine exam.
