Default ball point , fountain pen, or pointer

AA,
Minor but very important question is that which one the recommended pen by seniors users, CSP member or any other.

Ball point,
Fountain Ink pen
or Pointer.

which one attract the examiner attention,

personally i think that pen, of which the ink spread on paper will be not good,
because the answer papers of PSC are of cheap quality, and the writing of one side may be visible on the other side.

This really depends on your writing speed, style and your own comfort. Dont use fountain pen if it will decrease your writing speed etc.

Having said that, pointer is your best bet. It keeps the paper looking clean and is easy to maneuver.

Whatever medium you use, make sure you practice with it through out your preparation time and especially while writing long essay answers.

Its better to concentrate on your preparation instead spending your time on such small things. Keep one thing in mind, you need to write very fast in exams as every ans normally consist of 6 to 7 pages and you need to solve 4 questions.
