Need help regarding education qualification.

Hello,
My bachelor's would be completed by december 2016, would I be eligible to appear for CSS exam 2017?
I heard it won't be possible because I have to submit my documents before december?
I would be thankful if anyone could help me with this query.

Im allowed, cut off date for educational requirements is 31 Dec. Asked fpsc
