m ek car accident case me involve th a the polic wanted bribe I did not offer it. they got angry mei ne thorhi badtamizi ki so SHO ne FIR Kati. about 1 hour I spend in jail than my relatives came. me Bahir aya subh I have to face the judge mujhe hatkadhio me judg k Sammy pesh Kia I got bail. mera accedentt bike se huva th a ek girl us me injured huwi thy. i completed ny education recently. Will tis Case will effekt my career.

Arrest and conviction are two different things
As you stated that u were in police custody this doesn't make you a convicted criminal
Had that judge passed a sentence against you and you were sent to jail for a fixed term then you would had been a convict.
Furthermore there is a difference between jail and hawalat.
Furthermore dear when the commission asks criminal record then they have a list of certain offences which makes one ineligible but traffic accidents are not part of moral and heinous crimes
SO you seems to be on safe side

i experienced similar case but mine was due to car's tinted windshield, judge didn't send me back to jail but i had to pay some bond and then later my lawyer said case was dismissed. I don't if i am eligible for CSS. plus on the CSS form it ask that if you are convicted other than minor traffic offence what should i tick yes or no.
Please help me, it will be highly appreciated

Atta u were not convicted u got a bail and matter was dismissed
