I have recently completed my PhD Alhamd U Lillaah and I am still in UK. Will be back in Pakistan on 15th of September Insha'Allaah. Do you guys think that would I still have enough time to do thorough study for CSS 2017?

Your rationale answer would be much appreciated.

You would have a fair shot at getting a top 3 allocation provided you can study full time.
