hi wafa am a beginner also !! i m so confused going round and round this website!! have done lot of reading !! posted a thread but nobody pay a heed, found out few points about css may be i can help u ??

Select subjects, which you have studied before, or you have interest in them. Before selecting any subject read complete outline, and also see if you have available resource to cover it properly (books,library, teacher if needed). Once this done, start creating your notes.

As far as I know, you are not eligible right now as your degree is not complete. For more information you may see CSS RULES.
