Assalam-o-Alaikum
How are you?

First of all, my sincere apologies as I was not able to find this question in the threads mentioned in 5 out of 37 pages. So, I have created a new post.

I am currently in my last semester of 4 year degree in the field of Electrical Engineering with major in Telecommunications. My last semester will end in December 2016 and exams in January 2017. So basically, my degree will complete in January 2017. My question is can I apply for CSS keeping in mind that the rest of the eligibility criteria is fulfilled?

WoA,

Are you asking about CE-17 ? If yes, then NO you can not take CE-17 with your final result being announced around April 2017. Eligibility criterion for qualification is Bachelors on or before 31st Dec 2016.
