Default 16 years of education mandatory or not?
I want to ask if the matter of 16 years of education has been finalized or not? I want to appear in CSS exam 2017 and I just gave master's final years exam. Should I start prepping up for the exam or hold back till the matter is finalized?

Till now,the eligibility is only bechlors not masters and you should start preparation.
