Default CSS: Criterion for getting PSP Group
My question would be that what is the critera to become a DPO and Which areas are being designated to Dpos. Is it aereas or districts.

Qualify written exam first with exceptional performance in it, after that qualify interview as well as Psychological Assessment by FPSC. In the Final stage your name should appear in top position, then and only then you can go for PSP Group.


This is exam among all Pakistanis so you have to compete them all to get to top. After you do all this, you will go through CTP of 9 months and then STP of that particular group(allocated to you on your merit number) for that specified group then you will be posted as ASP (if selected in PSP Group) in different parts of Pakistan, then in 2 to 5 years you'll be promoted to SP and the SSP. Only then you will be a DPO.
