Default What is the required time the fpsc takes to announce the results?

As salam O alaikum everybody. I would like to request for the information regarding the announcement of the written CSS examinations and the time does the FPSC takes to cover the whole process (From Announcing the results to Allocating the Jobs). I have heard that even the candidates, which have cleared their interviews, need to wait for several years in order to get the job, so is that true? and if it's not true, then what is the actual reality. Can somebody please outline the entire process (beginning to end). Thank You very much for your time and I am hopeful to be guided with realistic answers by the respected members of this forum.
