Typical recommended length is 5-6 Pages

It needs to be said that simply making your answer longer by stretching things out will not fetch you marks.

6 pages means you need 6 pages of balanced, comprehensive, and quality content.

OK.
what should be the main contents

Intro
then?
Then?
Conclusion

Sorry for the late reply. What you have just mentioned is the structure of the answer, which is more or less correct. Content means the different points that make up your answer. You need enough points to write a good 5-6 page answer.

No worries.
Yes i am talking about structure.
what should be the structure?

mkBug Tuesday, September 27, 2016 10:57 AM

5-6 pages means we are considering one side of page or both sides

If you have to attempt 5 questions in 2.5 hours, you need to give 30 minutes to every question.
5 minutes for brainstorming, 5 minutes of outline and 20 minutes of writing.
Keep the writing according to the outline and then even if it's 3-4 pages the outline will serve the purpose. While the easy questions can be extended to 4-6 pages.
I myself can write 20-25 pages in 2.5 hours. Don't know about others. But keeping the answers precise and to the point is better than writing low quality stuff.

Structure

An introduction that details what you will discuss in your answer. About a little less than half a page

Body: The various points that make up your answer. Make a separate heading for each point.

Critical/Analysis conclusion: Give an opinion/analysis/criticism of issue. Usually 1-2 pages

I have heard this said a lot, and it is true. However, that does not mean you can write a 3-4 page answer, if you do, you simply wont score high enough.

I will repeat you must have a quality answer that is at minimum 4-5 pages long or at most 5-6 pages long.
