Dear seniors and fellow members,
I have a query regarding transcript. I graduated this year but still not provided with the degree by university. Can my provisional transcript work in place of degree?

You guidance and prompt replies are highly appreciated.

Can I apply on the basis of provisional transcript for CSS 2020 or final transcript is required ?

As per rules, degree is required to apply for CSS. However, many aspirants including myself have applied for CSS on the basis of final transcript/detail marks certificate (DMC). You need at least final transcript to apply for CSS. Provisional transcript will not be accepted in any case by FPSC. Also, after applying on the basis of final transcript, apply in your university to get your degree early because FPSC can ask you to submit it anytime.

Kindly tell me what is the core difference between final transcript and DMC
