Default Myth of Scoring trend.

AoA respected members,
It is very common to hear about scoring trend of subjects, nearly every aspirant would have heard about it, my question is also pertinent to this phenomena and i will be glad to know your views on this myth, is it a reality? does it have any grounds, if yes, then how such subjects become scoring and others are not. what are those factors which influence score of different subjects?
